2001 subaru forester awd 165000 miles. Motor runs strong steering and suspension are in good condition, the a/c, heater, pioneer radio w/phone jack hookup, dash gauges and cruse control all work perfectly. Also has roof racks for skis or camping gear, a 900 w amp mounted under the drives seat, a 12 inch subwoofer box. Has a new alternator, new motor oil, new transmission fluid. The body has a few small imperfections, the paint is in good condition except for a for isolated areas and its running on a full size spare tire right now. The interior needs the dash compartment lid and a glove box latch, and the drivers seats has a small hole near the shoulder. Besides that the subaru is in good condition inside and out. Only issue in the last 6 years of owning it has been replacing a clutch (totally normal since it's the clutch i learned on). Still running very well! It's a subaru, after all. Does have a crack in the windshield and the clutch squeaks in 1st gear, but those are the only issues. Personally, i'd highly recommend this for parents looking for first cars for their kids. Reliable, safe, sporty.
